Your privacy is important to Milford Best Limo. This notice explains what information we collect when you request a quote, book a ride or create an account on this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.

The Information We Collect

When you request a quote, book a ride or create an account, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Pickup and drop-off addresses, trip date and time, number of passengers and luggage
• Flight details for airport trips
• Notes you add to your booking
• Addresses you choose to save to your account
• Payment card details, which are handled by our payment processor (see Payments)

If you book a ride for someone else, we also collect the passenger's name and phone number so the chauffeur can reach them.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Quote, confirm and complete your trip
• Send confirmations, reminders and trip updates by email or text message
• Give your chauffeur the details needed for your pickup
• For airport pickups, check your flight's status and adjust your pickup time if it lands early or late
• Let you follow your chauffeur's arrival on a tracking link
• Answer your questions and, after your trip, ask about your experience

We do not sell your personal information. If we send you news or offers, every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who We Share It With

• Your chauffeur receives the details needed for your trip: passenger name and phone number, pickup and drop-off, time and trip notes.
• Service providers that help us run our booking service, such as our booking platform, payment processor, email and text message providers, mapping services, and a flight status service (which receives only the flight number and date). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Partner transportation companies, as described in the next section.
• When we are required to by law.

Trips Fulfilled By A Partner

Your trip may be fulfilled by a trusted transportation partner we select: another transportation company or an independent chauffeur we work with. We share only the details needed to arrange and complete your trip: pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, requested vehicle type, your first name and last initial, phone number, flight number where relevant, and necessary trip notes. The partner may use your phone number to coordinate your ride.

We do not share your full customer profile, other bookings or payment information with partners, and partners must not use these details for unrelated marketing or sell them. Milford Best Limo remains your contact for the booking and collects your payment, even when a partner fulfils the trip.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number. If you save a card for future bookings, the processor keeps it and we keep only a reference to it and its last four digits.

Data Security And Retention

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Saved addresses stay in your account until you remove them or close your account.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

If you have an account, you can update your details and saved addresses after signing in. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask how your trip information was shared, by emailing [email protected] or through our contact page.
